These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Nudge Labs LLC ("Nudge Labs," "we," "us"), a Georgia limited liability company, governing your use of the fintrack application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use fintrack. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
To use fintrack, you must create an account with a valid email address and a strong password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
fintrack offers the following subscription tiers:
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes to pricing will not affect active subscription periods that have already been paid.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial of the Household plan. During the trial period, you will have full access to Household features. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the 14-day trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Each user is entitled to one free trial only. If you cancel your subscription and re-subscribe, you will not receive an additional free trial and will be charged immediately.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Nudge Labs does not store or have access to your credit card number or payment details. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage subscription & billing" link on the Upgrade Plan page. Upon cancellation:
After your subscription ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your existing data (including transactions for multiple cards) will be preserved and remain accessible in read-only mode, but you will not be able to import new data for more than one card until you re-subscribe.
As a general policy, Nudge Labs does not issue refunds for subscription payments. However, if you believe you have been charged in error or have experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, please contact us at nudgelabsllc@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund.
Your privacy is fundamental to fintrack. We operate on a zero-knowledge model: your financial transaction descriptions are encrypted on your device before reaching our servers. We cannot read, access, or share your financial data.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Free tier accounts with no activity for 24 consecutive months may be deleted after notice. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by visiting our Account Deletion page or contacting us at nudgelabsllc@gmail.com. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
You agree to use fintrack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Nudge Labs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its content. Your financial data remains your property at all times.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nudge Labs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nudge Labs does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. The Service is a tracking tool only, and you are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nudge Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nudge Labs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nudge Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may cancel your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
